For several months now we have been looking for an application to manage our IT assets. In March 2004, we chose CLARILOG - IT Asset Management. This application suits us very well indeed, and gives us an inconsiderable number of additional facilities of which we were totally unaware before using such a tool. The graphic interface is intuitive and efficient in use. A minimum of clicks gives us a maximum quantity of information. Furthermore, the integration of a remote control application is more than useful: It’s pure heaven! It is very simple to deploy the application, which enables the information intended to feed the data base to be brought up in the shortest possible time. This information is essential for managing our IT assets. The reporting module is very comprehensive, it makes it possible to have a comprehensive view of information, and therefore to better define the nature of the IT assets. With regard to my relations with CLARILOG, they were all excellent. I have always been received in the most friendly manner, whether it was the switchboard, the technical services or the marketing department, and my questions were always answered most efficiently.
